1970s Glass Rod Chandelier Lightolier USA

LIGHTOLIER   A sleek chandelier featuring a chrome disk pierced by a central chrome post, which is then surrounded by dual rings of glass rods. The result is a brilliant crystaline display of light when illuminated. This design is sometimes attributed to Gaetano Sciolari, who was briefly a member of Lightolier's design staff, and whose works for his own firm employed a similar technique.
